FUBIE, they be Azaleas, a flowering shrubs of the South. Back in the day I use to get cuttings from Azaleas bushes from the coast to the mountains and root them. Most I gave away to clients when they purchased a new house or built one. The ones in the photos were transferred from our property in Clemmons to the lake in 1999.

Meanwhile, back on the dead end road along the shores of Lake Norman, things are just clicking along and the lake has risen a tad. Not a bad day in store for us >> https://weather.com/weather/today/l/28037:4:US, but no so for the Midwest and Plains >>

SCATS, we had fresh fish from the coast of NC this past evening, sides were sweet potato fries and slaw.

Most likely I will spend the day playing in this pile of enriched soil for a plot of new flowers

    for the Squaw.

Supper tonight most likely will be some short pork ribs cooked in the crock pot. Might not look like much in that pile, but it is a ton.

I observed we had a new visitor yesterday, welcome Alex, stick around awhile, you hear.

    Later Gators

Nick we don't get extra points for sucking up. LOL

27 now Mac you be careful and don't trip over the tulips while I'm out ice fishing. At least the 40 mph wind has died.

It ain't sucking up if you speak the truth. Today maybe up to 40 if we get lucky, but it's still going to snow a bit tomorrow. Meatloaf and Fish and chips tonight. (Picky eaters here, wife has this mental thing about eating fish, my daughter and I are voracious fish eaters.)

Nick, I can't knit to save my soul. That's crochet. LOL! But thanks just the same. Figured I better let the newbies know why everybody calls me a hooker.

Good morning, me rowdies. It's a cold 32* but BUTT...the temperature should get to 68* with lotsa sunshine today.

Started in on the next story last night. Our hero will possibly be in Canada. I'm trying to decide. It could be Japan... or somewhere else. LOL! If anybody is interested in reading the other stories ( I'm up to 87 now) give me a PM. They are on fanfiction but are not the typical fanfic fare. I picked up where the show left off and ran with it.

Time for coffee with Mr. Bo. He says howdy to all the loonies.

    Laters!

Keef, out of the West it came, slipping in under the cover of darkness, and did a number on the projected low this AM. Temp at sunrise was suppose to be around 35-37 degrees, but it slipped all the way down to 30 !! I'm hoping the best for my little bitty plants in the garden, ISYN.
