I seem to recall that I have seen these in, like, a "Bass Pro Shop" catalog.
Might not be the best place to buy them, but that's the best I can come up with off the top of my head.

You can get the "Ranger Style" hand rails at Cabelas. They have three sizes. I have the mid size rails mounted on my boat because I do a lot of muskie trolling, and they allow me to adjust the height of my rods quickly when I am trolling over weeds. I have Scotty's and Downeast holders mounted on the rails. I have owned mine for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with them. They are stainless steel and solid as a rock. Just do a search on the Cabelas web site for " Ranger" or "hand rails" and you will find them.

    Hope this helps.

Come to think of it, it was Cabelas were I saw them. I remember the "Ranger style" once I read it.
