How do you quote only parts of a post when you reply instead of the whole thing? Thanks

It's difficult to describe, but I'll try.

First, you click on the "quote" button on the right, when the new window opens up, you "right click" (highlighting) all the parts you DON'T want to quote & then press DELETE using the <-- key ABOVE "enter".

It looks as clear as mud, but it's the best i can come up with.

If it don't work for you bud, try asking one of the MODS for help. They'll probably be able to explain it better.

    Good luck!!

Thats about right just make sure that at the begining you have [ quote ] and on the end you need to have the [ / quote ]. Without the spaces in the brackets.

I never use the Quote button at the bottom of the message unless I'm quoting the whole post. This is the way I do it.

I copy the part I want.
    Paste in reply.
    Then Highlight what I pasted.
Hit the Quote button in reply.
