We have been invited this weekend to go to a cabin on a private lake near Burrton. I hope there is good fishing there. I am so looking forward to it. Two days of fun! Maybe I will catch a realllllly big fish!!

I've been on a Kansas owned watershed lake, the land around it is private, so access is only granted through "permission to trespass".
First trip, 112lbs. of channels between two of us. Smallest was 6lbs. and never caught one that broke 10lbs. Very aggressive fish, and I don't think the crappie fishermen have their priorities straight.
Been trying to get into Lake Quivira!!!!!!!!
