As the clean up begins from Hurricane Ike. I would like to extend my prayers out to all those who lost so much in what seems to be an ever occuring thing these days.
Another monster storm has came and went leaving in its wake, a total disreguard for life and property. To me it seems like a bad Rollercoaster ride you can't get off of. Everytime you turn on the news or the weather channel peoples lives are being changed forever. Weather it's our troops fighting for our freedom or another deadly storm hell bent on creating total devistation in our towns and cities.
Yet with in all this there are so many things to be thankful for. So many blessings we take for granted in our everyday lives.
I just want everyone to reflect and give thanks to all the good in their life. All the little things we take for granted, and pray for our Brothers and Sisters who are less fortunate today because of it.

Good thoughts for those that got hit hard by this thing. I heard from my friend and they never had to evacuate and she's fine. Their daughter on the other side of town from her has no electricity, and there is flooding all over town she said.

I was so glad to hear she was okay. Praying for others who have gone through it and their families.
