I'm going to replace the plywood and carpet on my pontoon boat this winter. How warm would it have to be in order for the glue to stick and hold? How hard and how long will it take me to do this?

  2. Is that glued down? Not screwed? If it is rotted should be easier to come off. Looking forward to any pics when you do this bro.

Check the container it comes in and make sure its Freeze thaw stable. That way if it did freeze before it dried completely it wouldn't turn loose.
