You are going to be fishing knight's landing right? First thing that came to mind was a nice banner taht had something across to top ..Central california ...then underneath you want a crest like the knight's had. in one corner two pole's crossing- next corner a dino tail walking- bottom corner the great sacramento flowing -last corner the knight and his prize.....top of crest say's Knight's landing ...Bottom say's sturgeon slayer's ...To make a crest is easy just do a google

I like your idea. We will be 10-15 miles above Knights Landing I believe. There are several honey holes below and above KL:wink: BOC will have to be on the banner. You gave me some ideas. Reps brother:wink:

That would be something to catch! I've watched 'em fish for them on tv, but the only one I've caught was by accident while I was fishing for catfish with nightcrawlers. It was about 3' long and I was told at the time that it was about normal size. I was fishing the Wabash River when I caught it.

Yeah, I like sturgeon! When we have fish fries, we usually get about half catfish and half sturgeon. The local fisherman catch them for the roe to sell and sell the meat, also. The only thing I'm worried about on that account, is that I am afraid that it will deplete the local population. They are already seeing some decline. Some think it's too rich, but I like it. Sorry to piggyback on your post. I'll get back on subject.

Sturgeon is one of the best tasteing fish there is , Mostly if you know how to smoke them ...using a little alder wood and maybe some apple or cherry mixed in they are one of the best
