No question. In NC, it's BBQ ! Add fries, cole slaw, and hush puppies, and you've got yourself a meal fit for a king!

2 servings of meat a year? I would grab a length of rope, and head to the barn! I'm 96% carnivore. If I HAD to chose though, it would be either ribeye spicey and rare, or rare beef tenderloin fillet rolled in cracked pepper, then dipped in horseradish. I would be ravenous, and might not even waste time cooking it if it was fillet.

Fish don't count right? I can eat all the flathead I want right?...please.
