Wanted to see if anyone elses eyes were getting bugged out reading black on gray. No offence to the BOC I like the variety on color changing format, but this one is killing my eyes. (Maybe I'm spending too much time on the site?)

I spend an average of 8-12 hours a day on a computer, try looking at a white screen much much worse. This color looks good to me and is decent on my eyes during and at the end of a day.

I'll have to take Dano up on his recommendation (cheap sunglasses).
And I'll take my box of kleenex, quit my crying, and suck it up.
    thanks for the feedback

    Larry,

The colors aren't messing with my vision but, some of the joke threads have had me laughing so hard, my artificial eye popped out... lol

i like this color variance myself , but i think that maybe the green above this that has the t shirt announcement, maybe the mods or paul could do a test like have a few threads or sections with that color for the background
and then keep the rest the color it is or even a few threads pale blue maybe and some like they are now and take a poll.

Normally, I don't tell this story on a first date but, since the ice has been broken...

While drying off after a shower, I applied a wee bit too much pressure on my lower eye lid and, out popped my eye. That thing hit the floor, rebounded upward with a hook and made the most perfect dunk shot into the only item in a bathroom that even remotely resembles a basketball hoop. Lebron James wouldda been proud.

Now, it's not like my eye was swimming around with any bowl fish, but still, sticking my hand into THAT particular four inches of water wasn't high on my favorite things list. And my situation compounded, after I finally fished the prodigal eye from it's porcelain spawning area. The idea of shoving it back in my face!!! :sick-big:

This color is easy on our ole eyes, if the color is too bright we just tone it down with the little buttons on our monitor.

    Dano, you ain't right.:p :D

Mike that gives a whole new meaning to having a $...ty outlook on life.;) It didn't seem to have that effect on you at all buddy.
