Here in a couple weeks im planning on fishing some of these local rivers. Where do you all usually catch big cats this time of the year. What part of the river do you all fish. Any help would be appreciated.

Look for areas where water is flowing but has some kind of a break. Logs, bends, etc. The fish hide behind these structures and eat the bait flowing down the river.

I'd have to agree that Dams are pretty productive around this time of year, at least around here. They go up to the dams on there spawning run, and usually stick around for a while.
