    iv been searching an even youtubed it and im liking what i seen ... but i dont know if its good dock or bay fishing iv only seen them from the boats .....

    Are they pretty much planer boards? I've read about doing it for catfish just so you can cover more are while you drift. do you have a link to the video. Where do you find planer boards?

    To me the best part of catching a fish is the hook set.I dont need some device taking that away.:crazy:

    Plus I would hate to try to rig that up after a 12 pack:smile2::smile2:

    I agree with ya there Tom, half the fun is trying to cross their eyes. Thats one reason I don't like circle hooks.

    so im guessing circle hooks are bad ? then what hooks are good and where can i get some ?

    I'll use circle's when I'm being lazy, but I kindy-of like to jerk on them cats also.:roll_eyes::eek:oooh::crazy:

    Circle hook aint bad, but you don't SET the hook with them. Old habits are hard to break for me.:roll_eyes:

    Chris Circle hook are a good hook but they are designed to hook the fish when they load the rod up.You dont jerk with these hooks so the fish need's to be a little aggresive.

    I agree also alot of the times the fish just don't take the bait enough and circles don't work that well.

    Khale hooks are a good hook to use..or just a simple J-hook..
