pirahna in lake!!

    Did anybody hear about the guy catching a pirahna at dow lake/strouds run?

    no i didnt but there was one caught out of the ohio river a few years back

    Kylen, there are numerous reports nearly every year. A neighborer caught one out of the Killbuck creek last year. Unethical people that cant care for,or just get tired of their aquarium fish release them into the wild. They cant survive the cold winters here so they are just prolonging the inevitable. What they should do is eat them. I heard that they were very good, according to the Bazaar Food chef. lol:eek:oooh::smile2::smile2::smile2:

    Jack, ill have to try that. A buddy of mine has 3 that he wants rid of. Maybe ill have to take em' and fry em' up.

    i hear a couple times every year of people letting aligators go in the rivers ,that have gotten to big to take care of.

    Hwe said the best ones were wraped in bananna leaves and cooked over hot coals for the steam thing. Keep them fresh and I try one with you.:smile2:

    keep in mind that there is a tpye of fish called the pacu, and alot of people belive they are pirahna. i'm not saying that all those peolpe are wrong about what they caught. just figured i'ld share some info.
