I'm leaving in a couple hours to get my new boat. I have to go to Hillsboro Missouri and be there by some time in the open hours of the am on Friday. Google says it's about 10-1/2 hrs. from here so I'll give it at least 12. What I bought is a Riverpro 176 Hipro with a 200hp mercury optimax sport jet, 30 gal. live well and a heavy duty bottom upgrade.
The rivers up here can get awful shallow and rocky at times.
I can't wait to get it home and get it all rigged for fishing, the river is open(ice is off) and I am just chomping at the bit to get on the water.
I would have been on the water already though I had sold both of my other boats to get this one, which I think will be a fair trade.
I'll post some pic's when I get her home.

    Dave,

Congrats on your new HiPro! I have made two trips to Hillsboro for RiverPros I bought from Kevin Turner. Kevin makes an outstanding river boat- the best river boat made IMHO. My latest is a HiPro XT with the 200 Opti.

Hope you get used to talking to people about your new RiverPro. No mater where I go with my HiPro, everyone wants to take a look and ask a few questions.

    Enjoy!
    Tom

    Tom,
Just stopping to fill up on the way home people were very curios. And yes Kevin does make a beautiful boat.:smile2: I have never been in any other boat that performs as well as a RiverPro.
