    Hey guys I'm new to the BOC and have found that it is a terrific website with lots of great fishermen. I typically fish the Muskingum river above and below Ellis and I was just wondering what is the best fish you have caught in Ohio. I got lucky and stumped upon a forty one pound flattie three years ago. Just wondering what your biggest fish has been

    My biggest came from below Ellis. It tipped the ol hand held at 36lbs.
    I believe it to be a little better than that, never really trusted the little scales. It was 41" long and had plenty of belly.....

    thats a good shovelhead and a nice largemouth in the picture too. looks like he is about 6lbs or more

    Now thats what I call a great flathead bait. Now if I could only catch them regular like lol.
