    Went to Perry yesterday.
    Fished north of oldtown.
Water depth was about 3' in most places.
Lots of wind out of the west making it hard even to pole in in most places.
    Was using fresh shad,shad guts,crappie guts,night crawlers,and secret-7.
Caught fish on everything but crawlers.
    Caught 13.. biggest was about 3 1/2.
Bite was good from about 8am to 12 noon then went dead.

Blacken catfish on the menu today...

I got your back Tom, I'm getting ready to head to Perry for some crappie fishing.............the wind will pick up any second now and probably change directions every 5 minutes.

Caught 6 keeper crappie yesterday evening, 14' on a break, lots of short fish, anything with chartreuse caught fish.

I know 4 other boats that were there also and they caught 5 or 6 fish between them. They covered about the whole lake with no good results.
