I went out yesterday afternoon and found the perch to be scattered and the bite a little different from previous days. The jigging spoon was as effective as the Sabiki Rigs doctored with a small piece of night crawler. Rather than finding large schools of perch, I would find 6 to 8 in a small clusters and would get one out of each school. With this kind of spread, I just slow trolled around and would pick up one here and one there. Ended up with 26 perch, none as big as were caught earlier in the week. But, I'm sure they will school back up and we will have our way with them again. Wind was out of the South and East at 5 to 10 MPH.
