We have a row of peonies in our front yard. They get mostly all sun. Before I met him, my fiance said they bloomed. Then he decided to divide them. Since then, for the past several years, they come up, but never get buds nor bloom. How do i fix em? lol.

Sounds like they may be planted a little too deep... they only need an inch or two...

Well I know that sometimes after you mess with stuff and move it around, takes awhile for the plants to take a firm enough hold again to blossom... maybe try some fertilizer? I love peonies  hope you can get them to bloom again!

Add some bone meal to them that will usually help.
