This may sound kinda stupid but on a 14' boat do you leave the front running lights on when at Anchor or the just the rear white one?
I've looked over the regs and they don't really say, that I see.

I know I'm from Illinois, but I recently took my boat to PA and when I spoke with the Conservation Officer, that was one of the specific questions I asked.

While you are anchored, only the anchor light needs to be ulliminated. There needs to be a white light visible 360 degrees while anchored and your anchor light meets this critereia. While under power, your navigation lights are to be lit (the red and green one up front). These are rules that have been put in place by the Coast Guard and I believe most states have adopted this.

    Hope this helps
