My Favorite cat lake in So Az, They Have Giant Channel and its bullhead heaven, i can fill a stringer of bullhead and channel in about 2 hours on raw shrimp, now is the time of year to get out to this lake, they are feeding in the shallows like crazy right now.
To reach this lake take I-19 south until you reach exit 12 and take a right, this road will end at the lake, good fishing my friends! The boat dock and ramp are your best bets!

I thought Pena Blanca was primarily a trout lake? It's pretty small.

I was javelina hunting in that area last year. We tried fishing there the day before the hunt opened, we didn't catch a thing.
