If you google catfish bait you will find lots recipes.
Some contain peanut butter.I kinda doubt its usefulness but some use cotton seed cakes so ... maybe.
Anyway I'm wondering weather some of you guys use it.
If so do you use it as chum?
I would think if you put a open jar in a cloth sack and toss into your favorite hole cats would show up. The fact that no one I've read mentions doing this also makes me wonder. It seems such a natural.

My father-in-law(the old man in my avatar) is pretty good at determining what some catfish baits contain has told me one commercial bait on the market is made with peanut butter.
