Well, I fished all of last week on the TN river and the bite was awesome. We ended up catching a bunch of Blues. I got my PB (46#), my wife got her PB (29#) and my long time friend from IN got his PB (51#). We had three other fish over 40#, two 30# and about six in the mid 20# and several teens. All fish were caught on skipjack. Heck, I even got my first spoonbill! Man those things are cool. We CPRed every fish. Can't wait to hit it again! Sure did get some good use out of my new Coffey scale too.

Thanks everyone! Yep, I will remember that trip for a long time and I was very proud of my wife for enduring the weather. It is so fun to watch her battle the fish. She even cuts her own skipjack! All of the fish came from 28-40' of water on humps and along drop-offs.

    WOOT! WOOT!

    Awesome day! Great fish.

I wish my wife could stand the cold but I might not get to fish with her again until spring.
