the fishing has been pretty good except for late this weekend, when it started cooling off and the water dropped a lot in just a couple of days. we tore the bream up saturday morning and the wind started blowing and cooled off and the bite just quit. went back monday bream fishing and fished about 4 hrs and only caught 2 as big as a lug nut.(we fish for hub caps) you still cant eat any catfish out of little pee dee from the nc state line to the tanyards where it runs into big pee dee. and about 2 weekends ago when we went to dunhams bluff it had a sign up that said not to eat any from I-95 to winyah bay. but you can still go and kill some bait anyways. ive heard of a couple of guys that have been tearing them up on live bream and sethooks. they caught one week before last that weighed about 55lbs.
