I guess Pat is being modest and not posting this over here, so I'll steal her thunder :smile2:.

Saturday I met up with Pat (pk_powell), her husband Steve, and her daughter Jessica for a trip on the MO out of Kaw point. It was a beautiful day on the water with good company and we even managed to find a fish. Second or third spot of the day one of the rods took a dive and it turned out to be a new personal best for Pat - a 30# blue:big_smile:

Pat, you have a very nice family and I had a good time with you guys - I was bit nervous about finding fish with the river like it was Saturday so I was as happy as you to see that one in the boat:wink:

Pix are on Pat's camera, but here's a link to a thread where she posted a pic as well as her story of the catch.

Pat, sorry to post for ya, but I thought some of the other MO folks would like the chance to congratulate you on a well deserved nice fish.

Congrats on a nice fish Pat!

Congrats Pat. Now let me see. Brandons son catches bigger fish than he does. Pat does and I wonder who else would be doing the same.:smile2:

If we were in the same boat, we might be fighting over the netting job. I have become a master netter.
