Had some good fillets from a 2.5lb fish, Fried em up in 1/2 cup of Crisco in the pan..... Delicious... only complaint I had was not enough fish!
I also used Old Bay Seasoning to part of the fillets and that was the best! (Not with the parmesan) Real simple and everyone should have these ingredients!1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (I used Kraft store bought) or Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Fresh Ground Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

    Milk/Egg wash

Well I just screwed that post up now didn't I!!! put the ingredients twice  I did forget to mention that my wife said that 1/2 cup of cheese would prob be better... what I used gave a hint of cheese but not over powering.
