Over 75 lb Blue Catfish Caught-Good Guy Gets a Hog

    NEWS FLASH
    Just got a call from DH. He just landed a 75lb+ YES, SEVENTY FIVE POUND blue from the Ohio river below Henderson.
    Didn't get much else from him as he was laughing deleriously. He is with Stoney and the only scales they have go to 75lb and the fish bottomed them out.

    with the water being really cold, who's in the water hookin the fish from the fish truck on DH's line?

    I'm especially proud of the fact that you released the fish. That is a great jesture. Blue Cats routinely live dozens of years, and I'd be willing to bet that if your grandchild caught that same fish 10 years from now and he weighed 100 pounds, youd be more proud then you are this day.. Once again, congratulations on a great catch, and kudos to you for releasing that fish.
