Outer Banks

    I haven't been to the outer banks in a few years. I heard that a new law
    requires a fishing license to fish in the ocean, is this true?

    That is correct! I know I am glad to see it.

    Annual nonresident is 30 dollars.
    10 day is 15 dollars.

    yep you need a license now. But if you had a resident lifetime license pryor to Jan 1 07 your grandfathered.

    Looks like the 4 lifetime licenses I bought (mine and three daughters) is turning out to be a good investment.:smile2:
