I had a pretty good night at osage. I landed 11 wiper and 4 cats. One of the cats was around 2 - 3 lbs. The wiper was on fire which was a blast. I was using chicken livers as bait. Bigheck showed up around 10:30 and had a few wipers and a few cats.

Didnt really feel like cutting them but I got it done. I am thinking about trying east lake later. But Osage seems to be the hot spot right now.

Osage has some nice wipers running right now off of the first 4 piers. Make sure you are using chicken livers.

I love catching them but I perfer not to keep them. One of them swallowed the hook and was going to die anyways so I kept him. He came in around 18 inches.

They were catching small wipers at Osage on nightcrawlers on Saturday
and Bullfoot's brother John hooked one a little deep. It didn't fare so well
though we tried to give it a chance to recover. I'm sure it was under the
limit length but what can you do if the hook hangs up in the gill rakers?
Dunno if they took it home or cut it up for bait. Wipers are a put and
    take hybrid fish aren't they?
