I just want to let all the membership know that Chef Jeremy (cats4uandme) has finished a blind taste trials with hardhead and gafftopsail seacatfish, comparing them with channel catfish. He has posted an article in the BOC Diner with the results and photos.
As I see it, in all seriousness, the saltwater catfishes are a great untapped resource for all catfishermen.:big_smile:
