Catfish connection has OKUMA CLASSIC CL300 BAITCAST REEL for 22.95 not sure if this is the model your looking for, They have others. You like these reels? Seem too cheap to be any good. Take-Care, Tim

I would not let the cheap price scare you from the Classic baitcasting models. I have a CL202L and a CL302L and I think for the money they are excellent reels. I have them more in a backup role now since I purchased a coulpe abu's. I used them one summer with no problems. I bank fish and they are nice casting reels. They have 2 bearings, brass and stainless gears, a good star drag and a very lightweight graphite frame and spool. I probably would have done just as well to take the money I spent on the Abu's and spent it on Power Pro. Good luck.

Randy here is picture of the Okuma Avenger 300L.
They show up on Ebay once in awhile.
I had two of them but I sold them because I use Abu 6500s now.
I think the Avenger 300L is out of production now.

No problem Jeff I don't think this reel went over so well and didn't sell like the Classic 300. It's basically the same reel but was different colors and cost more.

if you are going to buy the okuma reels dont get the 200l or 300l make sure you get the 202l or 302l as they are better reels. the 202l is same size as a 6500 reel and the 302l is the size of a 7000 abu reel. i have 4 of the 202l reels and love them. i just got 5 shakesphere arsenal reels so ill get rid of my 202l reels now
