    nice lookin area ,lots of pools and riffles.to many people at the dam so found a nice deep pool down stream . caught 2# flattie on crawlers and a 2# channel on premo.had a snatch and dash on a 3" perch, ran 30yds reel was screamin ,lost it when i went to set the hook.went up to the dam had 2 more snatch and runs but could not hook em. nothing after that.i'll be back:cool2:

    Thanks for the report. Almost sounds like the Gar have moved up and that is common for that part of the river. You might try drifting your pearch up just below the dam where you see the people waiding. That is where the flatheads are laying after they spawned. That or get wet and waid out there and fish the hole. Thats my fav. part about fishing there.
