First off thank you Salmonid. He got a 9 pound flattie and a smaller one, I caught a really nice 6 pound channel and he got a smaller channel. It was a quick in and out with his new boat and the bite wasn't great but enough to keep us both very interested. Drifted for blues with no success and came back. I had an eye appointment at 1:15 back here in Dayton, and we were on the water before sun up only wish we would have a bit more time. Truly beautiful morning just made my day, out doing what I wanted to so badly once this week. If you haven't had the chance to met Salmonid, you are missing out on a wealth of knowledge and determination, truly a class act. Thanks so much for making my vacation that much better by fishing the Ohio for the first time and can only hope I can join you and other brothers here, there I don't care.
