Is that shad spot upstream from the boat ramp where you took the second picture?

All over down river I have not had much opportunity to the river by boat due to getting it late in the season. Will be taking it out when the river goes down some. The few trips I did take I caught these about 3 miles down river. The Flathead was my sons caught without any help from the old man.

The Harrison Ave aka Jeff Ramp is closed off for boats still do to high water.
The New Albany Boat Ramp is off Main Street in New Albany. When you hit Main Street take a right till you have the sewage plant on your left. The street which the name escapes me make a left you will go through the floodwall and hang another left.I have some aerial pics to show the area

I think the Harrison Ave boat ramp is in Clarksville, not Jeffersonville. The ramp in Jeff is called Duffy's Landing. Its up river, off Utica Pike.

Hey Ulikedew thanks for posting the pic. I am going have to go find where that is. I thought it was down river from town, did not realize it was upriver from I 64.

The ramp your thinking of is Middle Creek and for some odd reason is shut down till April 1. You pass it if you goto the boat.

I use all 3 of those ramps, Jeff, N.A, and Middle Creek, My brother lives couple miles from Middle Creek on 111, almost centered between M.C, and N.A. ramps.
