Ohio blue cats turning on

    fished the banks of the ohio river ky side across from cincinatti last night from the bank set up around 11 pm four poles baited with bluegill, yellow bellies, and fresh shad fished pretty hard with results of a 4 lb shovelhead taking my 9 inch yellow belly and two other nice runs that stopped as soon as i touched the rod 2 am moved around the bend set up again threw the cast net 4 times and with about 14 pieces of bait 6 5 to 6 inch carp and the rest decent shad threw 2 poles back out with shad heads and 2 poles with live carp one run on the carp missed it cut the carp and threw the head back out 10 minutes later caught 16 lb blue then i reeled in threw out 2 carp heads and half hour later back to back 28 lb and 32 lb blues all caught on floats set at 24 ft deep the weekened before caught 14 9 shovels 5 blues biggest 29 lb shovel been waiting for the monster i will get him till then enjoy my pics

    very nice fish... ull get that bigun ... just keep the bait in there long enough ...and the bait stealers off
