ODWC allows culling of catfish

    Our friend and greatest supporter, Jeff Boxrucker of the ODWC Biology Dept wrote me this note today...

    Albert, I misspoke in our conversation the other day regarding culling of blue catfish. It is legal to cull as long as the fish being culled are released alive. Therefore, tournament anglers can continue to fish after boating a blue catfish over 30" in attempts to catch a larger fish.
