odd trotline set up

    my grandpa was telling me the other day that he used to put out 25 hook lines in this 200 something acre soil conservation lake and he GLUED rubber crawfish to his hooks and tied a big jug to the middle of the line with a good bit of line attached to it..he said that big jug bobbin around made them crawfish "dance" and said he caught a few bass but a TON of channels on it.:confused2: anybody else ever done this?

    no but he has a lot of old pics of 40s, 50s, 60,s and a few 70s from a small feeder creek bout 1/2 mile from his house...his mojo is off the chart! lmao

    let me note ...no big cats were caught on the rubber crap..he didmake sure to throw that in..caught all hsi mosnters on gills and crappie
