After all the drama i've been through the last month or so, I had a couple of hrs to burn.. So me being me I loaded up the truck and hit the bank to relax... Couldnt get any bait, but i had a big skipjack i got from Skipeye about a month ago.. (reps to ya Skip) To my surprise my old fishing grounds still holds fish... lol I caught 14 fish biggest was only 14lbs but hey... Non stop action.. Feels like old times.. Looking forward to getting back down there.. The water was high and ripping but the fish are feeding.. I think the floater is done for awhile.. Me keeping it at my moms house it would've took me all day to clean out all the junk she got stored in it...lmao Im surprised she havent filled it with dirt and planted flowers...:eek:oooh:

Who else got out today? Ryan, how you do this weekend?

I went out Sun for 4 hrs and i got skunked again.I have had these new rods for over a month and they seem to have some kinda
"anti-Catfish mojo" on them. I will never the less keep at it.

Kutter that method is sooooo out dated
the new way is to install a line heater on your reel so it melts thru the ice for you---Dahhhhh

Russ and I went down to the Bass Pro Classic in Memphis and fished the two day event. We had a great time and ended up taking 5th place. Russ is a hoot to fish with. On day one the fishing was slow and he actually tried to slit his wrist. On day two he tried to cut his finger off with a level wind. I think he may be a masochist.:smile2::smile2:

I tried about 6 times to schedule our bout over the summer and never could. I am probably done fishing for a while now.
