Not Bad for Second Trip to Lake Monticello

    Fished the weekend and half day today and probably caught 50 fish. Ranged from 6" to 25 Lb. most were in the 2-3 lb range. Drifting in 45-73 ft. deep.

    yeah man...that is a good weekend of fishing especially if you were looking to put some meat in the freezer...congrats!...gotta be careful though...legend has it that if a man (or woman) fishes monticello to many days in a row it makes them go crazy:crazy::tounge_out::crazy::smile2::wink:

    Nice job. What was the bait of choice? I am thinking of heading over there Sat and try some of the bank spots chrisblue directed me to.

    Only caught one fish (18) lb blue on fish head all other came on marshmellows both large and small coated with Hog Wild.
    Larger marshmellows seem to work best for me.
