Don't go wild and buy the premade catfish noodles unless you're just trying to get rid of money. Swim noodles are on sale this time of year and for about 3 dollars you can make about 6-12 good noodles. I'm not talking about the PVC ones but good, reliable noodle. I'm going to run mine Saturday.

yep, those noodles for sale at wal-marts would just about hold a blue gill. Get any respectable catfish on them and they will be lost pronto and for ever. Really not worth it as there are a lot better buys available. But the do look cute, if that counts.

All three Walmarts near me sold out the day after they put them on sale.

I Bought Some Of Those At Wal-mart But I've Not Got To Use Them Yet So I'm Not Sure How Well They Work Or Don't Work.

If you don't feel like its enough floatation, make the noodle jugs longer.
