My neighbor moved and was getting rid of a pretty nice wok. Its nonstick and I dont use nonstick stuff. Has anyone ever removed that nonstick coating? Its aluminum underneath.

I should have said its all scratched up from not using a plastic spatula. Its also burned up from to much heat. I figured Id try removing the coating instead of throwing it away.
