No water in Lake Wylie

    did all the water drain out of wylie, have not had a report in some time

    Not all of it, but a lot! I have not been on Wylie recently, but I am trying to head out on Sunday to pre fish for the Carolina Catfish Club tournament that will be on Wylie next Sunday he 11th.

    Maybe not much water but LOTS of catfish. They are strokin' it right now. Fish are average channels 4-6 pounders but the bite makes up for size. Get your bait right at the ramp (gills) at Nivens. Go git 'em.:big_smile:

    There has to be water in it or it would be called Wylie Valley, LOL!!!

    There is a heck of a lot more lake front acerage since the drought if you know what I mean.

    The fish are carrying on as usual. Fall feedbags are ON. Bass, crappie, cats...everybody has pulled a chair up to the dinner table. The best thing is that there is hardly anyone on the lake.
