The kids & I went grocery shopping at WalMart today (the Mrs. is in California for a week so it's just me and the 3 rats! 7, 6, & 3 yrs old) & decided to get a wireless router for my DSL connection. I'm now sitting in the living room in my recliner, with my laptop, browsing the BOC, and watching college basketball! I can now go anywhere in the house, basement, garage, and yard and still be BOCed! I should have broken down & spent the $50 3 years ago!!!

No, that's on today's list. Stop by Gander Mountain and pick up one of those RAM mounts like the COs have in their vehicles to hold their laptops...

That's awesome Shane! I've thought about that. It would be great to take the laptop out on the boat sometimes but I'm sure I would goop it up with Danny Kings or kick it over the edge! I'm going to keep myself from that temptation for now!

With the weak computer I have now, I'd be tempted to throw it right in.

It won't be long before we all have live BOC cams on the bow of our boats or on the end of our rods:wink:

Bill, you're a fortune teller! I got a package in the mail today & it was a webcam for the computer!!! My wife (who's in CA visiting her sister) & her sister sent it to me & the kids so they could see & talk with her. ACTUALLY, I think its a ploy to check up on me...she if I'm doing dishes & laundary while she's gone. I think I had better clean the kitchen before I hook it up!:smile2:

Matt you're getting pretty high tech there! This will really blow your mind- I got an iPhone for christmas, so I can surf the BOC anytime I've got a cell signal. Comes with GPS and Google Earth too, so I can keep on looking for good fishing spots while I'm fishin'!
