nightcrawlers and marshmallows

    when using nightcrawlers and marshmallows.Which goes on the hook first and where on the hook do you put it on.

    You can do it either way, but the best way for me that I found was using the marshmallow first:big_smile:

    I also meant to add that when I used that combination. I use a couple of small marshmallows on first up on the shank and then put on my crawler as usual.

    Put the marshmallow on first. If you put the worm on first don't eat the marshmallow!!

    They are like sardines when your out there and you get hungray you can eat the whole bag.

    the marshmallow floats the bait. try a half piece of crawler and 2 or 3 uncle mikes fireballs with the mallow. trout love this combo.

    I never used a marshmallow, but I used to first put on a salmon egg, then half a night crawler. Add one of the smallest splitshot I could humanly find and the rigs set. Drifts good in current with just enough sink, and if the current is slow, I'd just jig it a bit. I had a buddy back home that used the orange marshmallow baits, with corn...he swore by it. I swore at him for it! lol :smile2:
