I cut up some nightcrawlers for bream bait, and stuck them in the refrigerator, but put them on the plate that cools the refrigerator by mistake, and the worms were frozen. If they thaw out, would they still be usable, or would I just be wasting time? :confused2:

I am not sure, but I think they will still work. I think it will keep them fresh.

if their dead you better use them in a hurry.dead worms or nitecrawlers go bad in a hurry.they turn to a liquid and smell terrible.

Even if I keep them frozen and then thaw them on Saturday morning?

If you use them as soon as they thaw they should be alright, but they are really soft and will fall off hook easy.

Gibby, You may want to consider making a dough bait with them. They'll stay on the hook bettter. there are plenty of good recipes in the homemade bait section in the catfish discussion forum.
