Well gang, it's about that time for us to get serious planning our New Years resolutions. What are some of your goals for 2007? Here are mine:
    1) Get back down to my college playing weight
    2) Purchase a 3rd rental property for my wife and I to renovate and rent out
    3) Spend more time fishing & meet some BOC brothers!

My New Years resolution is to fish at least one new spot everytime out this year. I figure I'll know the lake pretty well by the time I'm 90:lol: .

    1. Replace that old depth finder.

    2. Fish more and thus catch more fish.

    3. Be even nicer to my bride of 39 years.

I will try this year to fulfill one of Ben Franklin's maxims:

"To never leave any room without first having positively affected at least one person there, or all if possible."

It really is a tough task with so many jackasses out there.  :tounge_out:

    We will see.

This one is going to hurt, but...

    1) I will drink my last beer today, and will not buy any more until I lose 20 lbs. Of course I will drink other peoples beer, I just won't buy any more.

    2) I will seek to make new friends.
Of course they will need to have free beer to offer and also not mind that I am 20+ lbs over weight.

    3) I will set aside and save enough money this year to buy a Jon boat and take friends and family fishing.
As long as they bring plenty of beer and
don't weigh too much! ... hehe... (you saw that one coming, right?)
    :wink::big_smile::cool2:

Seriously, I am going on a diet starting Jan 1st and plan on getting back in shape. My end goal is, that I am buying that new boat as soon as I drop 50 lbs. (BTW, thats the weight a case of beer plus a 6-pack)

I Wish us all luck on making good on our resolutions.
