So, Brandon, I assume that you can't make it if it is at Perry? That's a shame
but if you can come if it's at Melvern, you might think about voting for
Melvern. I won't get mad at you for sure. I'm pretty sure nobody else would
think badly of you either. Maybe we could work it out with someone to help
get you to Perry if it wins. Asking won't hurt much, I imagine...

With the voting this far out there's going to be people that cant make it. We just want people that are intending to come to vote. There were people that voted on the last poll that were clear across the country and had no intention to come. As long as you intend on coming, if its at the place you vote for, you should vote. Besides Melvern needs all the help it can get.:tounge_out:

I think everyone will agree with me that, if ANYONE wants to attend no matter where they are from, they are more than welcome,.... but this is a KANSAS gathering, and only Kansan's votes should count.

It was nothing against you Brandon, there is a couple of trolls here in the Kansas room, that vote on our gatherings on purpose just to spite us , and dont show up at all. They know who they are. I have not voted yet, because I dont know if I will be able to make it. I voted on the first poll, and that was a mistake, Im glad you guys initiated the second poll. I do agree though. Why the heck is someone from half way across the nation, that hasnt put any input to our gathering idea, gonna vote, and taint things. I say if they do this purposely to hurt our process , a formal complaint should be drawn up and sent to staff.

They are both good lakes but Melvern has the bigger blues. I voted Melvern.

Keith, at least we'll know who's voting this time, if it's someone from the Carolinas, or some place like that, if we can't get their vote removed, we can all just agree to ignore it as a valid vote? Comments please.

That sounds good to me, maybe give them a quick chance to be heard or forever hold their peace.

I'm all for anyone voting who wants to come. Probably more than half the people who have voted will have something come up... finances, trouble getting time off, health, etc. It just goes with the territory of having to choose in advance, not something I would hold against anyone, and hopefully not something anyone would hold against me.

Gary, absolutely give their vote a chance if they're from out of state, PM them or something and ask if they really plan on attending or if it was an accident. I didn't mean to disallow a vote just because it was made by some from another state. A Nebraskan might prefer Perry because of distance, an Oakie might prefer Melfern.

I agree, give them a chance to say that they want to come.
Thats why everone who voted should state where they voted.
Quite a few didnt do that.
