are you talkin about the boardwalk? I've been on the boardwalk but never fished it. it looks good! but does not stick out into atlantic like a pier should. it is like a pier built alongside a canal/channel entry to boat basin (capt. Dicks). should be relaxin and could catch inshore fish from it. If there is another one I apologise but thats all I know of.

Lionel is right Ken, dont get your hopes up about catching anything off that pier but some crabs. They call it a fishing pier, but its not. Its just a walkway along the creek.

Thank you guys for the information . I guess I was told wrong. I will surf fish anyway. Last year I caught 12 sharks and a ray from the surf, I released all .

Well, Ken, it sounds as if you won't be doing much fishing there, huh? But you can always go eat at one of those awesome Murrell's Inlet seafood spots!:smile2: Have fun!
