Caught my new personal best on Lake Degray yesterday! Caught it on a Jug using cut shad as bait in about 20 feet of water. Only other thing caught was two small bullheads.

The Blue weighed in at 36 lbs. Was going to do CPR on her , but by the time i pictured her and showed her off to the family back at the yurt, she was dead, so she became fillets!!!

Man that first photo, (I think #2) has some awesome color to it. Thats a photo a taxidermist loves to get. That photo shows great detail on the side of the body. Congrats!

Congratulations on a great fish, Newt! Were you fishing one of the coves, or one of the humps out in the lake?

36 pounds... thats how much tears Patricia cried cause it wasn't her fish. LOL. At least she has now seen a fish with some size to it. Maybe she can catch a cat to replace that bluegill personal best she has caught. ROTFLMAO. But, good fish Newton.
