New Penn heavy duty rig

    Just picked up my new custom powder coated Penn 209 today from my buddy, Jim Adams. Blue to match the rod I mounted it on. Now if I can just get onto some of those big flatheads with my new "lucky" rig. :big_smile:

    No other colors being planned at this time, but as I get Jim to service the older ones, I might get some more done. He can do almost any color; he's got a patriotic red, white, and blue that I really like. :wink:

    Tommy that’s a sweet looking outfit. Good choice with the Penn. I use Penn Jigmasters on 8’ M/H King Kat rods. Most of my Jigmasters are 20 + years old. They last forever. A few of them have some saltwater rash, but I hadn’t thought about powder coating them.
