New Motor

    recently bought a new boat.havent been able to get it in the water yet due to the monsoon we have had here in indiana.was just wondering if when the waters go back down and i do get out how clean and clear should the water be.have heard some say they dont put there boat in even the slightest of stained water due to having to flush the engine.was just wonderin,new boat and all would like to take care of it .

    might want to check the manual on that one, seems like you could use it and flush out the motor after using if it is that bad.

    i flush my motor every time i get in from fishing no matter how clear or stained the water is. dont take that long to do.

    The manual for my new motor says nothing about how dirty of water you can run it in. It does say to flush it out if you have been in real muddy or sandy water though.
