I recognize some names here from another forum, but I'm interested in joining on this board as well. Why? Well, I just can't help it, I dream of the bruisers of Ohio over, and over and over and over and over! You get the picture!
I like to catch big fish...and I like to catch them from a kayak! I'm from the Akron area but grew up near wheeling, wv. I've spent a lot of time on the Ohio and the MWCD lakes but now that I'm in Akron, the closest Flattie spot that I haven't tried looks to be the Tusc. in Dover...I'll be shooting for a 30lb+ fish for this year's goal from there!
I already did some lurking this morning and can tell that I'll be picking up some good info. Glad to see so much knowledge floating around, even if there are stories of people diving in after their poles for 12lb fish:smile2:
